Land Use/Zoning Real Estate Paralegal

I’m working on an opportunity with a well-established law practice seeking a Land Use & Zoning Real Estate Paralegal.

This role is ideal for an experienced paralegal who is confident supporting complex zoning, land use, and development matters in a fast-paced real estate practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys on land use, zoning, and real estate development matters

• Prepare, review, and manage filings, applications, and related documentation

• Conduct research related to zoning codes, land development regulations, and municipal requirements

• Coordinate with clients, government agencies, consultants, and other stakeholders

• Track deadlines, hearings, and approvals throughout the entitlement process

• Assist with due diligence and closing-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a real estate or land use/zoning paralegal preferred

• Strong understanding of municipal zoning and land development processes

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously

• Strong communication skills and professional client interaction
