Lease Analyst

A National commercial real estate company is looking to hire a Lease Analyst. This is a hybrid position located in Houston, TX.

• Salary: $60k - $70k + bonus
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Lease abstraction.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes by interpreting lease terms and coordinating with internal teams.
• Resolve billing issues, ensure timely collections, and maintain financial records.
• Lead pursuit efforts by monitoring tenant accounts, issuing pursuit letters, and maintaining detailed notes in MRI.
• Apply payments, reconcile accounts, and support the collections process.
• Maintain Salesforce cases and ensure accurate documentation of tenant interactions.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
• Property management experience is required.
• Software experience with MRI and Salesforce is preferred.
