Core Responsibilities

• Evaluate model-generated contract reviews and legal document analysis for accuracy and quality
• Assess legal reasoning and identify gaps in interpretation, standards, or clause analysis
• Provide expert judgment on model comprehension of agreements, briefs, regulatory filings, and related documents
• Identify critical omissions, misinterpretations, and reasoning flaws in legal outputs
• Support improvement of legal document understanding through structured professional feedback

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in contract review, due diligence, litigation support, or legal document analysis
• JD from a leading law school
• Ability to identify legal reasoning errors and interpret complex legal standards accurately
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in reviewing legal materials
