Litigation Paralegal
Location: Austin, TX 78704 (In-Office)
Compensation: $30-32/hr (Contract-to-Hire) → ~$70K upon conversion
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility offered)

About the Opportunity
A growing litigation firm in Austin is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who can step in and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This role is ideal for a seasoned paralegal who thrives in hands-on work, takes ownership of their cases, and is confident managing discovery and deadlines with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys in both state and federal litigation matters
Manage all phases of discovery (drafting, reviewing, organizing, and responding)
Track and manage court deadlines and ensure timely filings
Assist with case preparation, filings, and trial support
Take ownership of cases and proactively move matters forward
Serve as a reliable and accountable member of a small legal team
Qualifications
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Experience with personal injury cases & Plaintiff litigation required
Strong understanding of state vs. federal court procedures
Extensive, hands-on experience with discovery
Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training
Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a small, team-oriented environment
