The Logistics Operations Specialist at the CJ Olive Young Bloomington Distribution Center (DC) serves as the primary on-site liaison managing and optimizing logistics operations for Olive Young USA. Rather than executing direct warehouse labor, this role acts as the key coordinator between Olive Young and our 3PL partner (CJ Logistics). You will oversee multi-channel fulfillment (Retail, USE: E-commerce, B2B), monitor operational performance, collaborate quality control, and audit 3PL logistics invoices to ensure cost accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Job Duties

1. Multi-Channel Fulfillment Coordination & Follow-up

• Retail & E-commerce Operations: Oversee daily order fulfillment processes for Olive Young US retail stores and the online global mall (USE).
• Priority Management: Coordinate daily operational priorities with the 3PL team during peak sales periods and promotional events.

2. Daily & Period-End Performance Reporting

• Daily Dashboards: Compile, analyze, and distribute daily logistics data (inbound receipts, outbound shipments, pending orders, and inventory accuracy) to generate daily operational dashboards.
• Period Closing Reports: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly closing performance reports detailing overall DC volume trends, operational KPIs, and shipping performance.

3. B2B Operations

• B2B Operation Cooperation: Cooperate fulfillment preparation and outbound dispatch with HQ for major B2B accounts, including Sephora, TikTok Shop, and other wholesale partners.
• Freight Coordination: Follow up HQ B2B operation, LTL/FTL shipping arrangements and delivery appointments.

4. Inbound Quality Control

• Quality Assurance (QA): Assist inspection for incoming shipments to verify product integrity, correct labeling, and outer packaging quality.
• Communicate with Vendors and 3PL: follow up with vendors and 3PL for inbound

5. 3PL Issue Report & Invoice Review

• Problem Report: operational issues, shipping delays, or system errors (WMS) occur at the 3PL site.
• Logistics Invoice Review: Review, reconcile 3PL invoices (storage, handling, fulfillment fees, and shipping surcharges) submitted by CJ Logistics to ensure billing accuracy against agreed contract terms and actual throughput data.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Prior experience working with retail clients (shippers) is required.
• Professional experience in customs clearance and logistics center operations.
• Experience with U.S.-based retail companies is highly preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently to logistics centers (initial location: Bloomington, but subject to change).
• Comfortable working in both office and logistics center environments.
• Korean language proficiency is a plus, as the role regularly collaborate with Korean-speaking internal stakeholders.
