Key Responsibilities
Forecasting & Planning
Develop and maintain robust forecasting models for product performance across geographies.
Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to inform strategic decisions.
Commercial Analytics & Reporting
Build and manage dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs, sales performance, and Channel/Distribution.
Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership through clear, concise presentations and reports.
Data Management & Infrastructure
Oversee data warehouse architecture and ensure data integrity across multiple sources.
Implement best practices for data governance and compliance with regulatory standards.
Market Access Analytics & Insights
Collaborate with pricing analyses and support GPO/Specialty Pharmacy strategy.
Provide analytics to optimize reimbursement and access strategies across markets.
Support primary and secondary market research projects to assess market dynamics, competitive landscape, and patient needs.
Manage and analyze syndicated data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo) and claims-level data to identify trends and opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, and Medical Affairs to align analytics with business objectives.
Support ad-hoc analyses for strategic initiatives and business development opportunities.
Analytical support across commercial operation team as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in commercial analytics within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Demonstrated Expertise in forecasting, market research, Microsoft Suite, M365 Copilot and data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry data sets, sources, and related operational infrastructure.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Experience with data warehouse management and data governance best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree or certification in statistics/advanced analytics.
Experience with AI tools.
