About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Analytics professional, to join our Commercial Operations & Analytics Team at Secura Bio. The ideal candidate will drive the development of cutting-edge analytical capabilities that empower transformative insights, advancing our mission to meet the unmet needs of patients worldwide. In addition to the responsibilities below, this role will develop AI-driven insights through intelligent agents, and automation tools. Reports To

Executive Director, Commercial Operations and Analytics

Key Responsibilities

Forecasting & Planning

  • Develop and maintain robust forecasting models for product performance across geographies.
  • Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to inform strategic decisions.

Commercial Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and manage dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs, sales performance, and Channel/Distribution.
  • Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership through clear, concise presentations and reports.

Data Management & Infrastructure

  • Oversee data warehouse architecture and ensure data integrity across multiple sources.
  • Implement best practices for data governance and compliance with regulatory standards.

Market Access Analytics & Insights

  • Collaborate with pricing analyses and support GPO/Specialty Pharmacy strategy.
  • Provide analytics to optimize reimbursement and access strategies across markets.
  • Support primary and secondary market research projects to assess market dynamics, competitive landscape, and patient needs.
  • Manage and analyze syndicated data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo) and claims-level data to identify trends and opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, and Medical Affairs to align analytics with business objectives.
  • Support ad-hoc analyses for strategic initiatives and business development opportunities.
  • Analytical support across commercial operation team as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial analytics within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Demonstrated Expertise in forecasting, market research, Microsoft Suite, M365 Copilot and data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry data sets, sources, and related operational infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with data warehouse management and data governance best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certification in statistics/advanced analytics.
  • Experience with AI tools.
