Adore Me is seeking a Manager, Store & Product Operations to drive seamless execution across our retail organization. This role sits at the intersection of merchandising, planning, and store operations—ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time, and that in-store execution reflects our brand and customer promise. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong operational mindset and a passion for optimizing processes that improve efficiency, inventory flow, and overall store performance. This is a highly cross-functional role that plays a critical part in scaling Adore Me’s omnichannel growth.


Responsibilities

  • Lead store operations strategy to support business growth, operational efficiency, and consistent customer experience across all store locations
  • Oversee store operations processes, ensuring adherence to company policies, operational standards, and retail best practices, while implementing processes and procedures where there are current gaps
  • Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and store leadership to ensure store planning initiatives align with business objectives
  • Develop and optimize store layouts, space planning, and floor plans to maximize sales productivity and enhance customer flow
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics including sales, labor productivity, inventory levels, and operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational frameworks to drive efficiency and consistency across all retail stores
  • Oversee store operating budgets, including labor, fixtures, maintenance, and operational expenses
  • Ensure stores maintain visual merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, and operational compliance
  • Partner with store leadership to resolve operational challenges and improve store execution


Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in retail operations, product operations, merchandising, or a related field, preferably within an omnichannel or DTC environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Merchandising, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end retail operations, including inventory management, assortment planning, allocation, and store execution
  • Proven ability to translate product and merchandising strategies into operational processes that drive efficiency and sales performance
  • Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, sourcing, and store teams to ensure seamless product flow and execution
  • Highly analytical, with proficiency in Excel (or similar tools) and experience using data to inform decisions and optimize processes
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset; able to identify gaps and implement scalable solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Familiarity with retail systems (e.g., ERP, PLM, POS) and operational reporting tools
  • Passion for retail, product, and customer experience, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
