Hello

Looking for a Marketing Events Coordinator with experience in end-to-end planning and seamless execution of major third-party, industry events and tradeshows, delivering a consistent, engaging brand experience.

Remote Roles – Must be able to work PST or CST time zones hours

Hours available: 40 hrs/week OR Part Time

Pay Rate: $33.50/hr on W2

Duration: 13+ months with possibility of longer-term extensions

Role:

Coordinate end-to-end planning and seamless execution of major third-party, industry events and tradeshows.

Lead logistical operations including event assets, branded materials, hotel blocks, and supply management for flagship and satellite events.

Build and own event playbooks, meeting schedules, and post-event reviews to support operational excellence.

Serve as primary liaison for vendor negotiations, relationships, and performance assessments.

Take the lead on small-scale live or virtual events, working within a structured corporate environment (no freelance/non-corporate experience).

Ensure the highest data integrity and clarity for event KPIs, spend, and performance tracking via Salesforce, Atlassian/Jira, Workfront, Google Suite, and other collaboration tools.

Proactively manage department event reporting, credit card receipt reconciliation (Concur), invoice tracking, and calendar management.


Required: MUST HAVES:

Bachelor’s Degree (non negotiable)

2+ years of proven, in-house experience delivering field/tradeshow events for a Tech or Financial Services company (agency, freelance, and non-corporate backgrounds will not be considered).

Demonstrated expertise in overseeing third-party, client-facing field events and national/regional conference sponsorships.

Expertise in coordinating and overseeing third-party, client-facing field events and national/regional conference sponsorships.

Strong ownership of event logistics: inventory, vendor sourcing, agenda building, on-site operations, budget tracking.

Advanced fluency in event technology tools: MS Office, Salesforce, Atlassian/Jira, Google Workspace, Workfront, Concur

Experience with NetSuite or PowerBi or Eloqua.
