We provide restaurants with digital tools such as branded websites, online ordering, mobile apps, loyalty programs, email and text marketing, analytics, AI-powered phone ordering, and other solutions that help them compete with larger brands while keeping control of their own customers.

Our mission is simple: help independent restaurants and growing restaurant brands increase revenue, improve the customer experience, and reduce dependence on expensive third-party platforms.

We are a fast-growing, hands-on company with a team that moves quickly, thinks creatively, and cares about building useful products for restaurant owners. Since this is one of our first marketing hires, this role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to help shape Dinevate’s brand, voice, and marketing direction from the ground up.


About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Content Specialist to help create, manage, and improve Dinevate’s marketing content across social media, digital platforms, email campaigns, websites, and other marketing channels.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, reliable, and comfortable thinking outside the box. We are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, create engaging content, tell Dinevate’s story clearly, and support our team as we continue to grow.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media, branding, marketing strategy, and working with a collaborative team. You do not need to know everything, but you should be willing to learn, take initiative, accept feedback, and bring energy to the company.


Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Create written, visual, and digital content for Dinevate, including:

  • Social media posts
  • Captions
  • Short-form video ideas
  • Promotional materials
  • Case studies and customer success stories
  • Restaurant-focused educational content
  • Graphics or creative concepts for campaigns

You should be able to take an idea and turn it into clear, engaging content that fits the Dinevate brand.


Social Media Management

Help manage and grow Dinevate’s presence across platforms such as:

  • LinkedIn
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • YouTube Shorts

Other relevant platforms

This may include planning posts, writing captions, scheduling content, engaging with followers, researching trends, and finding creative ways to reach restaurant owners, operators, and decision-makers.

Requirements & Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who has a strong interest in marketing, content creation, business growth, and brand development. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-moving company environment.


Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field preferred

Relevant experience in marketing, content creation, social media, branding, business development, or a related area

Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills

Ability to create clear, engaging, and professional content for different platforms

Understanding of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring new ideas to the team

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized

Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team

Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and improve quickly
