They are hiring a Customer Engagement Specialist to serve as a front-line outbound sales professional and key driver of their sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on cold calling, opening doors, and qualifying opportunities for a high-performing field sales team.

What You’ll Do:

• High-volume outbound cold calling to physicians, MedSpas, and aesthetic practices
• Re-engage existing customers for upgrade and expansion opportunities
• Qualify leads and pass clean handoffs to closing reps
• Track activity and opportunities in Salesforce

Requirements:

• 1+ years of sales, outside sales, or call center experience
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• CRM experience preferred
• Interest in medical, aesthetic, or technology sales
