We’re looking for a professional, organized, and patient-focused Medical Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Day Shift)

• 📍 Golden Valley, MN (on-site)

• 💲 $22–$24 per hour

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth

• Manage scheduling, phone calls, and patient communication

• Maintain accurate records in EMR systems

• Verify insurance and assist with billing processes

• Support clinic flow and collaborate with providers and staff

• 1–2+ years in a medical receptionist or healthcare front office role

• EMR experience and strong organizational skills

• Excellent communication and customer service mindset

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinic

• Competitive pay: $22–$24/hour
