What You’ll Do
Provide OT services/establish plans of care
Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
Complete documentation efficiently and accurately
What We’re Looking For
OH Licensed Occupational Therapist or Pending licensure
New graduates encouraged to apply
Strong communication and teamwork skills
