Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Houston, TX. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while helping customers navigate products, billing inquiries, technical support, and service-related questions.


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional customer support via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to billing, products, services, and technical support.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems and CRM platforms.
  • Educate customers on products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful issue resolution.
  • Stay informed on company products, promotions, and process updates.


Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.


Preferred

  • Experience in fiber optics or telecommunications.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.


Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Must be available to work 5 days per week between Monday and Saturday.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Comfortable using a headset for prolonged periods.
  • Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
