$180,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
oOversees manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, warehouse, and distribution activities in the facility
oEnsures that the plant achieves key performance goals of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and People
oSupports the total revenue goals of the business, ensuring alignment with key commercial and marketing leaders
oDrives projects using the techniques of lean manufacturing, six sigma, and employee engagement, resulting in a culture of continuous improvement
oDirects capital equipment requirements including efficient use of equipment, materials, and personnel required to produce implants
oFacilitates high employee engagement at all levels to ensure the best performance from the organization
oManages production operations while developing methods to maximize efficiency, minimize cost, and achieve operating budget objectives
oImplements a continuous improvement safety culture that drives the organization to achieve the goal of zero incidents
oEnsures that all operations comply with all federal, state, and local environmental expectations
oImplements operational strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports the company’s strategic initiatives
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field, Master’s Degree preferred
Experience
10+ years of experience in a regulated processing or manufacturing facility
7+ years of leadership experience
4+ years of medical device industry experience
