We are seeking a mission-driven Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy healthcare site, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional patient care, and a positive team environment. This individual will play a key leadership role supporting both clinical and administrative operations while helping improve access to quality healthcare services within underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations including medical and specialty services
• Supervise front desk and support staff while driving accountability and performance standards
• Manage patient flow, scheduling templates, walk-in capacity, and same-day access
• Monitor operations in real time and resolve workflow or patient service issues efficiently
• Ensure compliance with health center policies, FQHC regulations, and HRSA requirements
• Collect, analyze, and report operational data to support quality improvement initiatives
• Write and manage patient incident reports as needed
• Address patient concerns and escalate issues appropriately
• Conduct staff coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Maintain staffing coverage and operational continuity
• Promote a strong culture of patient satisfaction and service excellence
• Partner cross-functionally to support patient engagement and outreach initiatives
• Assist with additional sites and operational projects as needed

Must-Haves

• Minimum of 3 years of experience within an FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) as a Site Manager
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience with clinical software including ECW/eClinicalWorks and Microsoft Office
• Experience writing patient incident reports
• Experience analyzing operational and patient data
• Strong understanding of FQHC and HRSA regulations and compliance standards
