About the Role
We are hiring experienced options traders to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems on real-world options trading workflows. You'll work directly with researchers to improve how AI models reason about volatility, Greeks management, skew and term structure, and risk recycling — drawing on your day-to-day experience trading and hedging options books to ensure outputs reflect institutional realism.

Responsibilities
Evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs related to options pricing, Greeks, and volatility surface dynamics
Design realistic trading scenarios across vol regimes, skew shifts, and earnings/event-driven setups
Review model reasoning on delta/gamma/vega management, hedging cadence, and gamma scalping decisions
Provide detailed, experience-based feedback on pricing assumptions, market microstructure, and execution realism
Annotate datasets and create high-quality training examples for options-focused AI systems
Collaborate with researchers to refine model performance on volatility trading workflows
Document options reasoning and risk management decisions clearly
Requirements
3–10+ years in options trading (market making, prop, sellside flow desk, or vol arbitrage)
Day-to-day experience pricing and risk-managing an options book
Professional Bloomberg Terminal experience (OMON, OVME, OVDV, OSA)
Strong understanding of options pricing models, the Greeks, and volatility dynamics
Strong written communication and analytical skills
High attention to detail
Willingness to provide candid, experience-based feedback on trading tools
Preferred
Experience with quant tools (Python, vol surface fitting)
Interest in AI/ML applications in finance
