Position: Packaging Production Designer- Global Creative - Hybrid Role

Duration: 3+ Months Contract

Location: El Segundo CA 90245

Pay Rate: $40.00-$42.00/ Hr on W2

Description:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for concepting, designing, and developing packaging and component solutions for luxury consumer brands, taking them from sketches and materials through production-ready artwork

• Lead creative collaboration with Marketing, Product Development, and cross-functional teams to ensure designs are executable and aligned with brand needs

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Create production-ready artwork for primary and secondary packaging in accordance with established packaging guidelines

• Manage all creative packaging assets and communication, organize and maintain libraries of assets and design files, including establishing appropriate naming conventions for storage and archiving of fonts, icons, images, templates, tutorials, etc.

• Stay up to date on industry trends by conducting research and competitive analysis, and contribute to the development of fresh content ideas and strategic initiatives that support innovation and creative excellence

• Work closely with vendors and production partners to refine designs and ensure quality and feasibility

Qualification Standards

Education/Experience/Licenses or Certificates

• Degree in Graphic Design and/or equivalent experience will be considered

• Luxury consumer goods or premium brand experience preferred

• Experience with market research and product placement advertising

• Proven experience working as a packaging designer

• Experience in web development, digital marketing, and project management tools

• Ability to work within established brand guidelines

Software

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Figma

• AI experience and working knowledge

• Expert Mac/System software skills, including basic Mac/PC compatibility troubleshooting

• Knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams is a plus
