Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current status as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • Experience with pediatric populations, especially in educational or healthcare settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and measure progress toward goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development
  • Utilize technology for documentation and virtual therapy as needed
