Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life
• Track patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and prevention strategies
• Provide exceptional patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy program; active TX license (or eligible)
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Passion for patient care and continuous learning
