Position Summary
The Portfolio Services Analyst supports property‑level and portfolio‑level operations by partnering closely with the Portfolio Services team, property operations, accounting, and asset management. This role is responsible for executing key accounts payable and receivable functions, vendor onboarding and compliance, lease audits, and reporting activities that ensure accurate financial operations across the portfolio. This role also plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial operations, ensuring vendor and lease data integrity, and supporting timely reporting that enables effective asset and portfolio decision-making.

Compensation
The Portfolio Services Analyst supports property‑level and portfolio‑level operations by partnering closely with the Portfolio Services team, property operations, accounting, and asset management. This role is responsible for executing key accounts payable and receivable functions, vendor onboarding and compliance, lease audits, and reporting activities that ensure accurate financial operations across the portfolio. This role also plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial operations, ensuring vendor and lease data integrity, and supporting timely reporting that enables effective asset and portfolio decision-making.
Essential Responsibilities
- Ensure vendor invoices are reviewed and paid accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage the onboarding process for new vendors and maintain ongoing vendor compliance documentation.
- Administer and track corporate leases utilized for major capital projects in partnership with the construction team.
- Support the Portfolio Services Manager with the preparation and processing of monthly bad debt write‑offs.
- Serve as a liaison between property operations and accounting teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Perform regular lease audits to ensure data accuracy, reconciling lease documents with system records and making updates as needed.
- Prepare and complete the monthly leasing commission report for submission to Asset Management.
- Support Asset Management with ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and special projects.
- Assist property operations with month‑end accounting close activities as needed.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in multifamily operations, hospitality, or related field or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working with property management, accounting, or ERP systems; ability to learn internal platforms and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver professional, responsive service to internal stakeholders and external partners, including vendors and property teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear business correspondence and reports
- Ability to clearly present information and respond to questions from managers, internal teams, and external partners
- Ability to interpret lease agreements to support lease audits, resolve discrepancies, and respond to internal stakeholder questions
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple variables in situations with limited standardization
- Experience working with property management, accounting, or ERP systems; ability to learn internal platforms and reporting tools.

Compensation
- Estimated Starting Annual Salary: $60,126.00
- Exact starting salary is determined by merit; seniority; geographic location; education, training, and/or experience related to job duties and responsibilities
- FLSA Status: Exempt, Not Eligible for Overtime
