About The Job You're Considering
Lead and manage QA, QE, and TDM teams to deliver end-to-end testing for NGPOS releases. Collaborate with client stakeholders to define testing strategies, identify risks, and ensure successful store pilots and deployments. Drive test execution, defect resolution, and provide regular status updates on progress and risks.

About The Job You're Considering
Lead and manage QA, QE, and TDM teams to deliver end-to-end testing for NGPOS releases. Collaborate with client stakeholders to define testing strategies, identify risks, and ensure successful store pilots and deployments. Your role
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team of QA, QE, and TDM professionals to support end-to-end (E2E) testing for NGPOS (Next-Gen POS) release cycles.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders—including Technical Project Managers,
- Development teams, and Business Analysts—to understand requirements and design effective testing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies to support store pilots and production releases in accordance with rollout plans and program roadmaps.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify potential risks during testing phases and proactively develop mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide regular (monthly) status reporting on test execution progress, including key metrics, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Act as a liaison between teams to drive test execution, defect triage, and resolution efforts, ensuring smooth coordination during in-sprint and E2E testing phases.
- Support QA teams in resolving blockers, improving efficiency, and maintaining testing timelines.
- Experienced Test Delivery Lead with expertise in managing end-to-end testing for retail POS systems, ensuring high-quality NGPOS release execution.
- Skilled in leading QA, QE, and TDM teams, driving testing strategies aligned with Agile delivery models.
- Proficient in Test Management tools and Automation Testing to enhance efficiency and coverage.
- Strong background in Retail and POS testing, with a focus on E2E validation and seamless store rollout support.
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks, define mitigation plans, and ensure timely delivery.
- Acts as a liaison to drive defect management, resolve blockers, and maintain testing momentum during in-sprint and E2E phases.
