Private Equity Research Specialist

Role Overview

Contribute to high-impact private equity research workflows, shaping investment-grade outputs across deal evaluation and market analysis.

$130 per hour | 10+ hours per week | Remote (Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and refine financial models to support investment decision-making
• Produce structured investment memos and analytical summaries
• Conduct market sizing and total addressable market assessments
• Evaluate deal materials including CIMs and due diligence documentation
• Support deal sourcing through targeted research and screening

Core Requirements

• Strong grounding in private equity deal workflows and investment evaluation
• Demonstrated capability in financial modeling and analytical structuring
• Experience interpreting transaction documents and diligence materials
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear written insights
• Consistent delivery across independent, project-based engagements
