Production Assistant

Pink Palm Puff is a fast-growing global ecommerce fashion brand known for creative product launches and strong community engagement. As the brand continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our product development and production process.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, creative, and comfortable keeping many moving pieces organized behind the scenes.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in production, product development, merchandising, operations, or project coordination, ideally within fashion, ecommerce, or consumer products
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with timelines, trackers, and internal documents
• A creative eye and interest in fashion, product development, and brand storytelling
• Comfort using presentation tools, spreadsheets, and digital workspaces
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
