Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description

Hill International is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for a $500 million project in Warren, New Jersey

Responsibilities

• Manage the on-site QA process in conjunction with the contractor’s QC staff
• Oversee the day-to-day construction activities on-site, including Oversee the client’s Inspection staff, as well as special inspections and material testing on-site
• Monitor and report on daily construction activities and quality performance
• Evaluate the progress of construction and ensure corrective action is implemented to resolve problems or field-related construction issues and any non-conformance matters in a timely and effective manner, while assessing impacts on program cost and schedule
• Conduct routine quality program meetings with contractor and client team to report on quality progress
• Direct functional responsibilities and works schedules of quality assurance personnel
• Monitor compliance with contract requirements
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience managing and supervising team members
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects
• Experience on federal construction projects is preferred
• Proficiency with standard office software and construction management tools
• Construction quality certifications beneficial (CQM, ICC, etc.)
• Must work full-time on-site in Warren, NJ
