What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business roles
- Quickly develop understanding of the talent landscape to source high-caliber candidates
- Conduct initial screens and coordinate interview processes
- Partner with leaders to refine requirements and calibrate on ideal candidate profiles
- Understand funnel dynamics and manage sourcing volume to keep pipelines healthy
- Startup operating experience (3+ years) - people or business operations backgrounds preferred
- Drive to learn and eagerness to become a talent market expert
- Analytical mindset and comfort with data
- Experience in fast-paced environments where you've had to figure things out
- Strong written communication skills (essential for our high-documentation culture)
- Comfort picking up new recruiting software and tools as needed (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies
- You’ll help build a world-class team as we expand globally
- Direct partnership with leadership on strategic hires
- Competitive pay and equity. Base salary for this role: $100,000 to $135,000.
