Are you eager to kick-start your career in recruitment? We’re looking for a Sourcer/Recruiting Assistant to join our team and help us find top talent! No experience is needed we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.
The Sourcer is a true talent hunter—responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top candidates in the market. This role is heavily focused on outbound sourcing, pipeline building, and market mapping, partnering closely with recruiters to deliver qualified talent.
Responsibilities
Proactively source and identify candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases
Conduct outreach to both active and passive candidates through messaging, email, and calls
Screen candidates to assess basic qualifications, interest, and alignment
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Utilize Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques to uncover top talent
Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Track and manage candidate activity within the ATS
Promote TBG’s brand and opportunities in the market
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
Naturally proactive, persistent, and resourceful
Comfortable with outreach and high-volume candidate engagement
Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities
Tech-savvy (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Microsoft Office)
Coachable, driven, and motivated to learn recruiting fundamentals
