Regional Plant Director

The Regional Plant Director (RPD) is the key leadership position overseeing Sojo’s “Hub” manufacturing and warehouse facility. This role is responsible for executing Sojo’s operations safely and efficiently. In addition to managing production, The RPD must oversee an efficient shipping/receiving operation and maintain all aspects of inventory management. This position will supervise Warehouse, Inventory, and Production management, and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The RPD will be the senior manager for the region representing Sojo with customers, suppliers, officials and investors.

Responsibilities

• Develop a winning culture, relentlessly focusing on the customer, exceeding expectations, and continuous improvement
• Meet or exceed daily production and cost per unit targets under the highest safety standards
• Oversee efficient warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving and inventory management
• Manage and develop personnel by performance assessment and feedback.Establish development goals with staff.
• Responsible for all activities, assets and maintenance of plant and warehouse
• Ensure proper labor staffing and approval of weekly staffing hours
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including SQF guidelines and site GMP’s are being followed and documentation thoroughly and properly recorded
• Ordering all warehouse supplies (PPE, glue, stretch wrap, office materials etc.)
• Maintain effective and timely operations & safety training
• Create annual operating budgets and operations targets
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing and distribution environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale operating budgets and achieving cost-efficiency targets.
• Exceptional ability to represent the company professionally to external partners and executive leadership.
• Deep understanding of safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and Lean manufacturing principles.
