Position:Resident Care Coordinator - Trinity Shores of Port Lavaca
Schedule: Full time- Sat- Tues 10 hour shift

We are seeking a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Resident Care Coordinator, you will ensure appropriate staffing levels are always met in accordance with state and federal regulations and budgetary settings.
Essential Duties
Reflect the Core Values and Core Focus of Triple Crowns Senior Living
Creates staffing schedule for the Nursing Department that always assures adequate staffing per guidelines
Adjust staffing schedule as necessary to compensate for call-ins or unforeseen circumstances
Recommends new approaches and effective scheduling practices to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the staffing of the property nursing department.
Advises and communicates with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing Services (DON) about all staffing, scheduling needs, and/or shortages identified during the assessment of nursing schedules.
Handles inquiries and questions regarding various scheduling needs to ensure quick, equitable, and courteous resolution.
Assists DON with tracking/managing/communicating attendance-related matters within the nursing department.
Demonstrates teamwork and prompt and regular attendance at work to ensure quality care and services are provided to our residents.
Work Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
1-2 years prior healthcare or office experience and previous experience in long-term care preferred
Excellent organizational, time-management and computer skills
Valid driver's license & car Insurance and the ability to regularly drive throughout the territory
Understand and uphold the policies and procedures established by Triple Crown
Work independently, maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and be a positive leader
Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
Maintain good working relationships with residents, co-workers, families and external customers
Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
