This firm owns and operates over 3.8MM square feet of residential space along with 9.5MM+ square feet of commercial space. With an aggressive growth strategy on the multifamily side of their business over the next few years, there is genuine room for advancement and opportunity.

Your new role

As the Resident Manager, you will support a 190+ unit luxury rental property in the Midtown East area of NYC. The Resident Manager will manage a staff of 13 employees, including concierge, door staff, Handyperson, Porters, and Plasterers. As part of the total compensation package, the Resident Manager will receive 32BJ benefits and a 2 BD apartment.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for the Resident Manager role in NYC, candidates will possess the following:

• 5–10 years of experience in multifamily facilities management (150+ rental units)
• Experience managing on-site maintenance staff
• Well-versed in budget management
• Strong knowledge of 32BJ protocols and procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
