Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an RN Clinic Manager located in San Diego, CA. The RN Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring quality patient care, managing clinic staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The RN Clinic Manager will also coordinate with medical providers, implement clinic policies and procedures, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Nursing skills, RN licensure, and clinical management experience
  • Experience in team leadership, staff supervision, and staffing coordination
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality improvement practices
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage clinical operations and patient care services
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or similar healthcare setting is a plus
