I’m partnering with a client to hire a high-energy Sales Account Executive with a true hunter mentality to drive new business and expand a growing retail network across the Atlanta market. This is a field-driven role focused on acquiring new accounts, building relationships, and generating revenue with independent retailers and multi-location operators.

What You’ll Do


New Business Development (Primary Focus)

  • Prospect and acquire new retail accounts (gas stations, convenience stores, wireless shops, grocery stores, check cashing locations, and more)
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and referrals
  • Identify high-value accounts and secure strong revenue commitments
  • Present solutions including POS systems, prepaid services, bill pay, activations, and other revenue-generating products
  • Close deals and coordinate onboarding with internal teams

Growth & Revenue Accountability

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Drive productivity and revenue per location
  • Monitor performance of new accounts and support early success

Relationship Management

  • Build trusted relationships with owners, operators, and store managers
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and long-term success
  • Negotiate effectively and handle objections with a consultative approach

Market Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Stay informed on telecom, fintech, and retail trends
  • Provide market feedback to leadership
  • Partner with internal teams to enhance the customer experience


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven hunter mindset with excellent new business development skills
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong closing, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a field-based role
  • High level of resilience, persistence, and discipline
  • Strong time management and territory planning skills
  • Technical aptitude with POS systems, hardware, and related tools
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Preferred Experience

  • Wireless, telecom, prepaid, POS, or fintech sales
  • Experience selling into retail environments
  • Background working with independent or multi-location operators
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
