We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) to support Salesforce initiatives across Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud within a fast-paced women’s healthcare organization. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and end users to analyze business needs, optimize processes, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance patient engagement, care coordination, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate has strong experience working within regulated environments, understands cross-functional business processes, and can effectively translate business requirements into Salesforce-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, patient services, marketing, and clinical support teams to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved user experience within Salesforce.
Support Salesforce Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud initiatives including enhancements, integrations, workflows, and reporting.
Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, and QA teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
