Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) to support Salesforce initiatives across Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud within a fast-paced women’s healthcare organization. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and end users to analyze business needs, optimize processes, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance patient engagement, care coordination, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong experience working within regulated environments, understands cross-functional business processes, and can effectively translate business requirements into Salesforce-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, patient services, marketing, and clinical support teams to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved user experience within Salesforce.
  • Support Salesforce Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud initiatives including enhancements, integrations, workflows, and reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, and QA teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, backlog grooming sessions, and UAT activities.
  • Assist in designing and documenting end-to-end patient and customer engagement workflows.
  • Support data mapping, validation, and migration activities related to Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain business process documentation, training materials, and system documentation.
  • Ensure solutions align with healthcare compliance requirements, business objectives, and Salesforce best practices.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Salesforce platforms.
  • Experience supporting or working with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirement gathering, and process documentation.
  • Experience creating user stories, business requirements documents (BRDs), workflow diagrams, and test scripts.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
