SAP Analyst

Seeking an IT SAP Analyst to support ERP Transformation initiatives involving migration to a single SAP S/4HANA platform. The role focuses on end-to-end SAP business process testing, regression testing, defect management, and release validation across integrated enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain SAP S/4HANA test scenarios and test scripts
• Support test planning, regression testing, release testing, and retesting activities
• Manage defect tracking and reporting using OpenText ALM / Quality Center
• Validate end-to-end SAP business processes across integrated modules
• Maintain test documentation, traceability, and regression coverage
• Collaborate with developers, configurators, business users, and project stakeholders
• Support quarterly releases, deployments, and transport validation activities

Must Have Skills

• 5+ years of SAP business process testing and test execution experience
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA functional and technical knowledge
• Experience with OpenText ALM / Quality Center for testing and defect management
• Participation in at least 1 full SAP implementation (end-to-end)
• Strong understanding of integrated SAP business process testing
• Experience creating and maintaining test scenarios, scripts, and test evidence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience documenting defects, test results, and status updates
• Strong attention to detail in testing and issue validation
• Experience defining systems strategy, requirements gathering, testing, training, and implementation support

Preferred Experience

• SAP Test Lead experience
• Experience coordinating end-to-end testing across multiple business functions
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation and regression testing initiatives
• Manufacturing industry experience (2+ years preferred)
