SAP Resource Scheduling Consultant

Who We Are Looking For:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP RSH projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution and high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in pre-sales activities with customers to support for potential SAP opportunities and provide input into creating detailed Statements of Work.
• Lead workshops as the subject matter expert for RSH business processes.
• Support customers in the installation and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Asset Management for Resource Scheduling to plan and dispatch maintenance tasks.
• Work closely with customers to create schedules, simulate workloads, level capacity, and assign technicians based on skills and availability.
• Develop training materials and guide users (planners, technicians) on RSH functionality.

What You Bring:

• At least 5+ years of experience in SAP EAM or related SAP modules.
• At least 2+ years implementing SAP MRS or SAP RSH.
• Functional knowledge of SAP PM including managing work orders, work centers, maintenance plans, and personnel numbers.
• Familiarity with the IPSECA model and maintenance business processes.
• In depth knowledge of maintenance industry best practices around planning, scheduling and dispatching.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical area preferred
• Experience with SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) is a plus.
