Scrum Master

The Role

• Lead Agile teams in delivering cloud-native data and digital solutions for critical national security missions.

• Guide Agile execution, manage priorities, and ensure alignment between stakeholders, engineers, and mission users.

• Translate complex technical efforts into clear plans, measurable outcomes, and mission impact.

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, drive delivery accountability, and remove team blockers.

• Support the development of scalable data platforms, APIs, and analytics capabilities in secure cloud environments.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience supporting IT programs or technical project delivery.

• Experience serving as a Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead.

• Experience working in Agile environments, such as Scrum or SAFe.

• Knowledge of government systems, directives, and policies.

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Required Secret clearance.
