What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives, while removing impediments
• Support the team in adhering to Scrum rules and principles, leading efforts for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to clarify business requirements and maintain a healthy backlog
• Track team progress on sprint goals and manage dependencies and risks using Azure DevOps
• Coach the team in scaled agile practices and ensure effective use of agile tools
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Significant agile project management experience with advanced analytics, data integration, and visualization
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer
• At least one certification such as CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe SSM, SAFe RTE, or SPC
• Strong knowledge of the SAFe framework and its implementation in real-world projects
• Hands-on experience with agile tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Version One
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• At least 10 years of agile project management experience
• Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of the banking and finance industry, including relevant terminology and regulations
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
