We’re partnered with an innovative, fast-growing clinical research organisation transforming the way clinical trials are delivered through technology and modern operational approaches. Having experienced significant recent growth and investment, the company offers a highly collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on accelerating patient access to new treatments.

They are seeking a Senior Biostatistician to lead statistical strategy and analysis across clinical trials, working closely with cross-functional teams while also mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the leadership of Biostatistics and Programming activities across phases I-IV
• You’ll oversee protocol input (study design, sample size calculations, patient randomization)
• Working closely with the directors and leadership teams in highly visible role, you will be a key point of contact with the client.

Requirements include:

• 5+ years’ Biostatistics experience within clinical research

• Strong statistical programming expertise (R preferred)

• Knowledge of CDISC standards and regulatory submissions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred
