Senior Clinical Trial Manager

This rapidly growing biotech with a focus on developing innovative treatments to address autoimmune indications is actively seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to support their expanding clinical pipeline. The company currently has two early-phase clinical assets and another going into the clinic this year. As the portfolio grows, they are seeking a proactive Sr. CTM to help drive execution across key clinical programs.

This role will support the Senior Director of Clinical Operations team and contribute to high-quality trial execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is remote but candidates must be based out of the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zone.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• 4-5+ years of clinical operations experience, ideally in biotech or CRO settings.
• Experience supporting early-phase (Phases 1 & 2) clinical trials.
• Strong administrative, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
• Exposure to global trials is a plus
• Familiarity with immunology/inflammation indications preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day trial activities including study start-up, document tracking, and site communication.
• Maintain the Trial Master File and ensure document quality and completeness.
• Lead vendor/CRO coordination and tracking of study milestones.
• Contribute to internal reports, updates, and meeting preparation.
• Help track budgets, process invoices, and support study logistics.
• Oversee and mentor more junior team members.
