Senior Commercial Finance Manager

Senior Strategic Finance Opportunity | Product & Digital Finance | New York (Hybrid)

Salary: c: $150-180k + 10-20% bonus + 15-30% LTIP

We’re partnering with a global technology-enabled marketplace business to hire a highly strategic finance leader supporting digital, product, and data leadership.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• Product strategy

• Marketplace economics

• Commercial finance

• Data & analytics

The position will partner directly with senior digital leadership to evaluate product investments, connect product and customer metrics to financial outcomes, and influence strategic decisions around growth, monetisation, and capital allocation.

Key areas of focus include:

• Product investment ROI and experimentation analysis
• Conversion, engagement, retention, and monetisation analytics
• Growth and performance marketing finance
• Marketplace KPI modelling and forecasting
• Executive-level strategic reporting and decision support
• AI-enabled finance and analytics workflows

We’re looking for candidates with:

• 5–10 years of experience in strategic finance / commercial finance
• Product, digital, marketplace, SaaS, e-commerce, or technology finance exposure
• Strong modelling and investment case capability
• Experience translating operational/product metrics into commercial outcomes
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Curiosity around AI, automation, and modern analytics tooling
