About the Role
Post Consumer Brands is seeking a Senior Designer to join our in-house Studio a collaborative creative group responsible for building, supporting and promoting our portfolio of iconic brands including Pebbles, Honey Bunches of Oats, Kibbles n’ Bits, and Nutrish. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on designer who excels at translating briefs into compelling, on-brand creative solutions across packaging and multiple marketing channels.
You’ll partner closely with brand, media, and other cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality design that drives brand consistency, innovation, and impact in a fast-paced consumer environment.

You’ll partner closely with brand, media, and other cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality design that drives brand consistency, innovation, and impact in a fast-paced consumer environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute design for CPG brand packaging, ensuring visual excellence, shelf impact, and brand alignment across diverse portfolios.
- Translate creative briefs and business objectives into thoughtful, effective design solutions using strong conceptual and problem‑solving skills.
- Design for a variety of channels, including but not limited to:
- Brand Packaging
- Social media content
- E-commerce assets
- Sales and promotional materials (in-store, retail, shopper marketing, etc.)
- Collaborate with brand managers, marketers, and other internal partners to ensure creative work supports strategic goals.
- Art direct photoshoots for food and tabletop environments, both with our internal photo studio and with external partners.
- Maintain and evolve brand standards while pushing creative innovation in a highly regulated CPG environment.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Experience working with CPG brands, including hands-on packaging design and retail support.
- Strong understanding of branding systems and how they translate across physical and digital touchpoints.
- Proven ability to move from strategy to execution with attention to detail and creativity.
- Familiarity with photography direction, production workflows, and print production for packaging.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft etc.)
- Experience utilizing AI enabled design tools preferred.
- Agency experience preferred but not required.
- Thoughtful, on-brand design solutions that solve business problems and elevate our brand portfolio.
- Strong creative partnership with internal teams built on trust, clarity, and collaboration.
- Consistent delivery of high-quality work across packaging and marketing channels.
