Position Summary
PCG is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex programs in financial services, with a focus on wealth management, investment operations, and asset management. You will act as the central point of accountability for program planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on program management, and executive engagement, enabling clients to successfully deliver technology-enabled business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end projects for wealth and asset management initiatives, including system implementations, process transformation, regulatory and compliance change, and operational improvement
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and dependency maps
Partner with executives, steering committees, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment
Facilitate workshops, decision-making sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings
Manage resources, vendors, and team capacity to drive results
Identify risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate as appropriate
Monitor KPIs, deliverables, and program outcomes to assess success and ROI
Support adoption of new processes and systems, ensuring smooth transition to business-as-usual
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
7–12 years of experience managing large-scale programs in financial services, wealth management, or asset management
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, including system implementations or operational transformation
Strong knowledge of wealth management operations, investment processes, portfolio accounting, or advisory services
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
