Senior Social Worker ($75/hr, up to $1,500/week)

Note: This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that is 5-20 hours per week at $75 per hour (up to $1.5k/week). It can be done remotely and can be done both alongside or instead of full-time employment.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced social workers who can help train their latest language model on social work practice and case management tasks.

We're looking for licensed social workers with 5+ years in child, family, or school settings to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core social work workflows: case assessments, safety planning, service referrals, court documentation, family intervention reports, and case notes.

Compensation: $75/hour

Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $1.5k/week)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: March

Qualifications:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent with 5+ years in child, family, or school social work
• Strong expertise in case management, risk assessment, and documentation
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
