Senior Software Engineer (C++)

As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and evolving the firm’s equities trading systems. You’ll work on platforms that ingest and react to market data from major U.S. exchanges in microseconds, support pricing and hedging strategies for single stocks and ETFs, and execute orders with exceptionally low latency and error tolerance.

You will collaborate closely with traders, researchers, and FPGA specialists to continuously refine execution logic, optimize performance, and ensure the systems meet the demands of a fast-moving trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and drive the technical vision for major equities trading initiatives.
• Design, build, and maintain low-latency OMS and EMS platforms.
• Contribute to pricing, research, and trading models for equities and ETFs.
• Deepen expertise in exchange protocols, order book dynamics, and connectivity.
• Optimize market data pipelines for speed, scale, and reliability.
• Collaborate with FPGA teams to leverage hardware acceleration.
• Work cross-functionally to refine execution logic and market impact models.

Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of U.S. equities and/or ETF market structure.
• Strong C++ skills.
• Proven experience with low-latency trading systems, market data ingestion, and execution.
• Familiarity with exchange connectivity and order matching.
• Strategic mindset with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Ability to set direction, promote best practices, and drive performance improvements.
