Base pay range
$50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
This is not a desk job. This role sits inside a top NYC cosmetic dermatology practice, working to capture, shape, and publish the kind of content people actually stop scrolling for. You’ll help build organic demand and cultural relevance for the practice and dermatologist, while also supporting a high-growth, founder-led skincare brand with a massive social footprint. You’ll see how clinical authority, personality, and modern content systems come together in real time.
Responsibilities
Be embedded in the Idriss Dermatology practice several days a week filming and editing real, credible content
Anticipate content moments in real time
Help grow the practice’s organic presence and inbound interest through consistency, clarity, and POV
Posting, scheduling, and basic community management for the Idriss Dermatology accounts
Translate in-practice insights into repeatable content formats that build a holistic brand universe across accounts
Partner with the brand social and marketing team on weekly planning to ensure the clinic social calendar ladders up to clear, differentiated content pillars for the practice
Support brand social with Dr. Idriss content capture during launches, shoots, events, and key moments
Help create paid and organic social content across Dr. Idriss
Must-Have Experience and Qualifications
1-2 years experience in social, content, or creator support (beauty, wellness, fashion, or culture preferred)
Native fluency in TikTok, YouTube and Instagram
Comfortable filming people in real environments at speed
