What is in it for you?

Lead the end-to-end architectural strategy and design for migrating Sailfish platform to a modern Snowflake Lakehouse architecture, integrated with Microsoft Fabric for analytics. This role ensures scalable, secure, and high-performance data infrastructure aligned with enterprise goals.

Responsibilities: -

• Define and govern the target state architecture for cloud-based data and analytics platforms.
• Architect the migration of on-prem Sailfish workloads to Snowflake Lakehouse using Snowpipe and Iceberg table formats.
• Design and oversee the implementation of medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) for structured data processing.
• Integrate Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, DirectQuery, Mirroring) for real-time analytics and reporting.
• Establish data governance, security, and compliance frameworks across Snowflake and Fabric.
• Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to align architecture with analytics and operational needs.

• This role is remote-friendly. Candidates must reside in or be authorized to work in the United States.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

• 12+ years in enterprise architecture with focus on cloud and big data platforms.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Event Hubs, and Iceberg.
• Proven experience in large-scale data platform migrations and hybrid cloud strategies.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in healthcare or regulated industries.
