Provide strategic leadership, defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap in line with business goals, financial objectives, and market opportunities. This includes managing resource allocation and providing professional development. Apply customer-centric approach is vital, incorporating user research, data, and feedback into development. Defines and monitors KPIs for product success, adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Manage risk and compliance, ensuring products adhere to financial regulations. Elevate corporate profile. Apply knowledge of digital applications, technology systems, marketing, regulatory environments, and building teams in the payment industry.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field, plus ten (10) years in fintech product leadership. Also required:
i. Experience managing highly-experienced team and a proven track record of execution.
ii. History of successful product launches and scaling.
