Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a detail-oriented Systems Analyst to support and maintain healthcare scheduling applications. This role is responsible for system administration, reporting, user support, and ongoing optimization of scheduling tools while partnering with clinical and operations teams. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support scheduling systems (e.g., Clairvia, UKG, ANSOS)
• Run reports and manage data accuracy
• Assign and manage user security access
• Perform daily system updates and HR data imports (PeopleSoft)
• Provide functional support and configuration expertise
• Support testing cycles, system upgrades, and issue resolution (including Epic integrations)
• Collaborate with IT teams on system updates, downtimes, and enhancements
• Partner with nursing and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  
  

Requirements

• Experience with healthcare scheduling systems (Clairvia, UKG, ANSOS required; Oracle Cloud a plus)
• Previous data conversion experience
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills
• Experience supporting integrations (Epic, PointClickCare preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
