Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $110.00/hr
Position: Travel / Real Estate / Hospitality / Events (Meridian)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $60-$110/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Flexible project-based engagement

Role Responsibilities

  • Support AI-related work focused on travel, real estate, hospitality, and event strategy workflows
  • Design rubric-style LLM prompts and evaluate AI-generated outputs
  • Create and review structured evaluation tasks related to tourism, property operations, hospitality services, and event planning
  • Assess model reasoning, operational practicality, and customer-facing communication quality
  • Contribute expertise to improve AI systems used in hospitality, tourism, and real estate environments

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, tourism, or event strategy roles
  • Prior experience working on Mercor rubric-style tasks preferred
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows within travel, hospitality, property management, or events
  • Ability to design effective prompts and critically evaluate LLM responses
  • Excellent analytical thinking and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
