Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
Utility/General Laborer - Day Shift

The primary function of a Utility/General Laborer is the safe and proper us of equipment, placement of and movement of product and materials while maintain a clean and safe work environment for all. This role is also responsible for providing support to the production floor by maintaining packaging supplies and removal of scrap/damaged parts. Schedule is 12-hour shifts, working 14 days a month. Full time pay and benefits for working half the month.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate HI-LO and other equipment is a safe manner
  • Provide support to the plant in relationship to the movement of product and material and supplies.
  • Moving recycling material to and from staging area
  • Keeping outside facility grounds clean and free from hazards (salting walkways, picking up debris, and other duties)
  • Light janitorial work inside the plant
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment


Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Have 1-year HI-LO experience
  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
