At Jūiçe: Se Lavi, Caribbean flavor meets wellness. We are a growing wellness lifestyle brand specializing in cold-pressed juices, wellness shots, wellness hospitality experiences, corporate wellness partnerships, pop-up juice bar experiences, and community wellness events designed to bring people together through culture, hospitality, and wellness. As we continue expanding, we are preparing to open our first brick-and-mortar location in West Windsor, New Jersey, while growing our wellness hospitality and partnerships presence throughout the region.

As we continue growing, we are looking for someone who is naturally relationship-driven, entrepreneurial, and excited about helping expand a premium wellness brand through community connections, partnerships, and hospitality experiences.

This is not a traditional sales role. This is an opportunity to help grow the hospitality and partnerships side of an expanding wellness lifestyle brand while building real long-term relationships throughout the community.


Position Overview

We are looking for a Wellness Hospitality & Partnerships Manager who is energetic, relationship-oriented, and excited about helping grow Jūiçe: Se Lavi’s wellness hospitality, partnerships, and event experiences throughout the community.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, relationship-building, outreach, and helping brands grow through strong community presence and partnerships.

The Wellness Hospitality & Partnerships Manager will help drive growth for:

  • recurring workplace wellness programs
  • corporate and community partnerships
  • pop-up juice bar and wellness hospitality experiences
  • strategic brand and wellness collaborations

Position Details

  • Part-time independent contractor role (1099)
  • Based in New Jersey (Mercer/Burlington County area preferred)


Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Prospect businesses, schools, gyms, wellness studios, churches, apartment communities, hospitals, and community organizations
  • Build and maintain wellness partnerships
  • Generate new leads and recurring partnership opportunities
  • Pitch Jūiçe: Se Lavi wellness experiences and hospitality services
  • Help grow recurring wellness programs and accounts
  • Support long-term partnership development

Hospitality & Brand Representation

  • Professionally represent Jūiçe: Se Lavi in the community
  • Attend select networking opportunities, meetings, and events
  • Support relationship-building and recurring partnership growth
  • Occasionally attend client events or partnership experiences when needed
  • Help expand community and partnership relationships

Sales & Growth

  • Help grow recurring workplace wellness accounts and partnerships
  • Sell wellness hospitality experiences and event services
  • Develop corporate, community, and wellness-focused relationships
  • Help increase recurring bookings and long-term account growth
  • Support strategic outreach, networking, and partnership opportunities

Strongly Preferred Experience

Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • partnership sales, outreach, or relationship management
  • event sales or hospitality sales
  • corporate relationship management
  • experiential marketing or partnership development
  • hospitality, catering, or lifestyle brands


Additional Experience That Is a Plus

Experience working with wellness, hospitality, lifestyle, or community-focused brands and events is highly valued, especially for candidates who understand relationship-driven experiences, premium customer interaction, and community engagement.


COMPENSATION

Commission-Based Independent Contractor Role (1099)

This role is designed with strong growth and earning potential tied directly to secured partnerships, completed client bookings, and recurring account growth. Compensation after the onboarding phase is primarily commission-based and tied to completed bookings, paid invoices, and recurring partnership growth.

Estimated Earnings Potential

Part-time growth potential:

  • approximately $1,500–$5,000+/month


Expanded growth potential as recurring partnerships increase:

  • $5,000–$10,000+/month potential


Actual earnings are directly tied to the ability to secure booked events and recurring accounts while building strong long-term relationships and partnership opportunities for the business. Commissions are paid after completed bookings and collected client payments.


PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES

Additional opportunities may include:

  • recurring partnership bonuses
  • performance-based bonus opportunities
  • leadership growth opportunities
  • expanded involvement within the hospitality division


ONBOARDING PROJECT PHASE

Selected candidates will complete a paid onboarding and strategy project before beginning ongoing partnership and sales responsibilities.

The onboarding phase will include meeting with the owners to understand the vision, positioning, hospitality approach, and long-term growth goals of Jūiçe: Se Lavi.

This onboarding project is designed to help candidates:

  • understand the brand and hospitality experience
  • refine partnership and outreach strategy
  • strengthen customer-facing materials and presentations
  • Prepare for active partnership outreach and business development

Onboarding Compensation

  • $500 flat-rate paid onboarding and strategy project compensation


ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • Independent contractor position (1099)
  • Participation in occasional team meetings and staff check-ins expected for event updates, operational communication, and team collaboration
  • Occasional team-building activities or staff development sessions may take place and would be compensated separately by the company outside of standard commission compensation
  • Flexible schedule with active outreach, networking, and partnership development expectations
  • Some local travel, meetings, and in-person networking may occasionally be required
  • Reliable transportation preferred due to networking, meetings, and event responsibilities
  • Professional appearance and communication expected while representing the brand
  • Approved company apparel may be required during select events or meetings
